What is Custom Color Masterbatch?
Beyond black, ZFH® produces custom color masterbatch to order — red, blue, green, yellow, white and specialty shades — with precise Pantone / RAL color matching.
Each formulation is engineered to your base resin (PE, PP, EVA, PS, ABS, PET, PC, PA, POM), target color and processing method, with the same dispersion quality and batch-to-batch consistency as our black masterbatch.
Marble-effect masterbatch. Our marble-effect (flow-pattern) grades create natural stone, jade and swirl finishes directly during injection moulding or extrusion — no film, no coating, no secondary decoration. Because the veining develops as the melt flows, every part carries its own non-repeating pattern, giving mass-produced plastics the look of marble, agate or jade while keeping the part a single, recyclable material. Available in jade green, marble blue, black-and-white, coral and custom color families, and widely used for tableware, cosmetic and personal-care packaging, home décor and lifestyle accessories.
High-gloss paint-free masterbatch. Our high-gloss paint-free grades deliver a mirror-gloss, Class-A painted appearance straight out of the mould, removing the spray-painting step entirely. That means a lower cost per part, no painting-line VOC emissions, and a fully single-material, recyclable component. With high color saturation and strong gloss retention, these grades are used for automotive interior and exterior trim, lighting bezels, home appliances, cosmetics and consumer electronics.

FAQ
Can you match a specific Pantone or RAL color?
Yes. Send your Pantone/RAL reference (or a physical sample), the base resin and the application, and we will develop a matched color masterbatch sample for approval before production.
How is the marble effect produced?
The veining is created by the masterbatch itself as the melt flows through the mould or die, so it appears during moulding rather than being printed, wrapped or coated afterwards. Pattern scale and contrast are tuned through the color combination and your processing conditions, and each part comes out with its own non-repeating pattern.
Does high-gloss paint-free masterbatch really remove the painting step?
That is its purpose: the part leaves the mould with a mirror-gloss, painted-looking surface, so the spray line, its VOC handling and the associated scrap can be removed. Final gloss depends on mould surface, gate design and processing, so we develop and confirm the grade on your own part before production.
What are the carrier resin and minimum order quantity?
The carrier is matched to your base resin rather than fixed to one polymer, and there is no set minimum order quantity. Colors are custom-matched to your requirement and samples are prepared for approval before production.
