ZFH® masterbatch is produced under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified management systems. SGS test reports are issued for specific grades, and each report names the grade it covers. Reports and TDS are available on request.

Lead, mercury, cadmium, hex-chromium, PBB, PBDE and phthalates — SGS tested.

SGS test reports for selected grades, tested at 5% loading in PP.

Tested by SGS for lead, cadmium and phthalates against California Proposition 65 requirements.

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) tested by SGS to the German AfPS GS 2019:01 standard.

The tests we run in our own laboratory to control quality and consistency.

Melt Flow Index (MFI)Checks flow behaviour so the masterbatch suits your base resin and process.
Color MeasurementInstrumental comparison of color and blackness against the approved standard.
Density TestConfirms formulation and filler level from batch to batch.
Ash ContentMeasures the inorganic content, including filler, of each batch.
Application TestingTrial film, molding or extrusion runs to check dispersion and appearance in use.

Selected grades may have supporting test reports, including RoHS documentation. Availability varies by grade.
