16+ Years of Masterbatch

Founded in 2009, Shenzhen Zhongfuhai Plastic Co., Ltd. (ZFH®) is a specialist carbon black and color masterbatch manufacturer headquartered in Shenzhen, with its own production facility in Huizhou, Guangdong, China.

Carbon black masterbatch — a concentrated dispersion of carbon black pigment in a carrier resin — gives plastics deep jet-black color, opacity and UV protection. Using high-intensity two-stage twin-screw extrusion, we manufacture 60+ formulations at 8–49% carbon black content for blown film, garbage and courier bags, pipe and cable extrusion, injection and blow molding, and engineering plastics.

Beyond black, we produce custom color and functional masterbatch to client specification, serving customers across Europe, the Americas and worldwide.
