1.What is white masterbatch?
White masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of white pigment, carrier resin and selected additives used to provide whiteness, opacity and covering power in plastic products. Different grades may be designed for film, injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other applications, depending on the base polymer and required appearance.
2.Which carrier is suitable for my application?
The suitable carrier depends on your base polymer, processing temperature and end-use requirements. PE-, PP- or EVA-based carrier systems may be used for different applications, while engineering-plastic applications may require more specific compatibility. Please provide your base resin and processing method so we can recommend a suitable carrier system.
3.Can it be used for both film and injection molding?
Yes, but the recommended grade may be different. Film applications usually require good dispersion, opacity and stable processing, while injection molding may focus more on surface appearance, flow compatibility and color consistency. Grade selection should be based on the actual process and product requirements.
4.Do you provide samples and TDS?
Yes. Samples and technical data sheets are available for applicable grades. Please share your base polymer, processing method and target requirements so we can recommend a more suitable sample for testing.
5.Can you match our existing color or requirements?
Yes. If you provide your current masterbatch sample, finished-product sample, Pantone/RAL reference or technical requirements, we can recommend or develop a suitable white masterbatch solution. Matching is based on the required whiteness, opacity, surface appearance and application conditions.
6.What information do you need for a quotation?
Please provide the base polymer, processing method, product type, target whiteness or opacity, current addition rate, estimated order quantity and destination. If available, your existing sample or technical data can help us make a more accurate recommendation and quotation.
